TL;DR

Customer Success Advisor (HRtech): Managing a high-volume portfolio of SMB accounts to drive product adoption and retention with an accent on leveraging AI tools for customer health monitoring. Location: Must be based in an eligible contracting location within the EMEA time zone

Salary: €15,780 - €19,600 ($18,304 – $22,736 USD)

What you will do

  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of approximately 100 SMB accounts.
  • Onboard customers effectively to optimize Time-to-First-Value and drive product adoption.
  • Leverage AI tools and automated playbooks to optimize daily workflows and asynchronous engagement.
  • Monitor customer health metrics to identify churn risks and protect Gross Revenue Retention (GRR).
  • Partner with Account Managers to facilitate renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Take a consultative approach to turn successful customers into vocal brand champions and contribute to the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Must be located in an eligible EMEA contracting location.
  • Proven track record in account management or customer success managing a high-volume book of business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to apply systems thinking and AI tools to automate workflows.
  • Experience leading deep discovery calls and navigating difficult conversations.
  • Data-driven approach to identifying account risks and acting on health metrics.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with tools such as ChurnZero, HubSpot, N8N, Gong, Jira, or Confluence.
  • Commercial experience in managing renewal negotiations and pricing deals.
