What you will do

• Manage the development and lifecycle of card products across multiple international markets.
• Collaborate with business development, technical, finance, risk, compliance, and legal teams to deliver world-class crypto card products.
• Design product roadmaps and create prototypes using wireframes and sequence diagrams.
• Develop detailed PRD requirements and interactive designs, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Optimize product performance using a data-driven approach and performance dashboards.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Card product management experience specifically on the card issuing side.
• Deep understanding of card industry processes including reconciliation, settlement, and chargebacks.
• Proven experience in portfolio management with a focus on positive PnL and user penetration.
• Strong knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks within the card industry.
• Ability to rationalize and align stakeholders on MVP scope and further development.
• Must be based in Asia
