What you will do

• Design and build internal products, workflows, and integrations to solve real business problems.
• Develop scripts and use APIs to build integrations between SaaS tools to eliminate manual work.
• Write robust SQL queries, custom scripts, and implement logic in low-code platforms.
• Collaborate with People Operations and Talent Acquisition to identify pain points and deliver technical solutions.
• Explore and integrate AI technologies into internal processes to improve productivity.
• Create clear documentation to ensure stakeholders can effectively use the built systems.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Ability to work 15–20 hours per week during the semester.
• Foundational knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Academic or first hands-on experience with APIs, SQL, and data manipulation.
• Interest in learning low-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier) and CI/CD concepts like GitHub Actions.
• English: Excellent communication skills required.
