What you will do

• Develop and manage all client onboarding activities from project kick-off and training to configuration and data migration.
• Collaborate with restaurant and hotel stakeholders to tailor system configuration to their specific business goals.
• Manage implementation of reservation, waitlist, table management, POS, and payment gateway integrations.
• Provide post-live support, troubleshooting, and conduct training sessions for new and existing clients.
• Create technical documentation, user guides, and quality check system functionality.
• Provide feedback to internal teams for product enhancements based on client needs.

Requirements

• Experience in client implementation or support within an IT SaaS company, or supervisor-level experience in the restaurant industry.
• Based in Bangkok, Thailand.
• Native Thai speaker.
• Business English proficiency in verbal and written communication.
• Strong ability to build rapport, maintain client relationships, and conduct group training.
• Logical thinking and high attention to detail.
