Salary: $90,750 – $188,750 per year.

What you will do

• Define and own the AI strategy and roadmap for the global communications team.
• Unify communications tools and processes to strengthen storytelling, media monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Partner with legal, compliance, and engineering to establish AI governance, standards, and playbooks.
• Translate complex data and weak signals into strategic narrative recommendations for leadership.
• Build AI literacy and confidence across the team through cross-functional communities of practice.
• Lead the transition from output-driven activity to outcome-driven, data-backed communications strategies.

Requirements

• Significant experience in communications, marketing, or integrated campaigns with a focus on data storytelling.
• Proven leadership in driving AI-powered transformation within a communications or creative function.
• Experience operating in complex, global, and highly matrixed corporate organizations.
• Strategic mindset capable of building new capabilities from the ground up while navigating ambiguity.
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Familiarity with AI performance measurement, governance, or ethical frameworks.
• Experience leading communities of practice or organizational change initiatives.
