Location: Livingston, NJ / New York, NY / Sunnyvale, CA / Bellevue, WA / Washington, D.C. While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.

Salary: The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $242,000.

What you will do

• Establish and lead a best-in-class earnings communications process.
• Build and deepen relationships with top-tier financial and business media.
• Develop and operationalize a comprehensive issues management framework.
• Successfully lead communications through at least one high-stakes or market-sensitive scenario.
• Partner closely with Finance, Legal, IR, and Policy to ensure message consistency, disclosure discipline, and risk mitigation in a public-company environment.
• Shape and scale a cohesive corporate narrative that clearly positions hirify.global’s market leadership, financial performance, and differentiation within AI infrastructure.

Requirements

• You bring 9+ years of experience in financial or corporate communications, ideally within publicly traded or late-stage technology companies.
• You have led earnings or investor communications, managed complex and high-visibility issues, and advised senior executives in moments that matter.
• You are a sharp, disciplined storyteller who can distill complex financial and technical concepts into clear, credible narratives.
• You have strong relationships with financial and business media and a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, IR, Finance, and Policy.
• You thrive in fast-moving, high-visibility environments and bring a balance of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and creative problem-solving.
• This position requires access to export controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must either be (A) a U.S. person.

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud, AI, semiconductors, or infrastructure; deep familiarity with public company reporting cycles, disclosure expectations, and investor dynamics; and experience managing external agencies during periods of heightened media or market scrutiny.
