What you will do

• Assist the Customer Success team in responding to customer inquiries and providing timely solutions.
• Support the onboarding process through resource education and training session scheduling.
• Collect and compile customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain customer records and track engagement metrics within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Support, Product, and Marketing teams to enhance customer experience.
• Provide support for various customer success initiatives and assigned projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to follow a hybrid work schedule in Manila, Philippines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or NetSuite.
