What you will do

• Provide high-quality technical and post-sales information to partners via telephone and email.
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Sales, Licensing, and Technical Support teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Manage partner inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and proactively.
• Maintain detailed interaction records and track case progress using Salesforce.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to partners.
• Contribute to the development and revision of internal processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or support, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical users.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented matrix structure.
• Legal authorization to work in the Philippines without employer sponsorship is required.
