What you will do
- Provide high-quality technical and post-sales information to partners via telephone and email.
- Collaborate with Customer Care, Sales, Licensing, and Technical Support teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Manage partner inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and proactively.
- Maintain detailed interaction records and track case progress using Salesforce.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to partners.
- Contribute to the development and revision of internal processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or support, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented matrix structure.
- Legal authorization to work in the Philippines without employer sponsorship is required.
