What you will do

• Manage client onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance on multiple front and back office platforms.
• Configure and maintain standard settlement instructions for cash and securities.
• Handle traded instruments setup, including pricing, sanctions monitoring, and static reconciliation.
• Maintain transaction reference data, including calendars, FX/Index rates, and NOSTRO/LORO account configurations.
• Manage RMA Key and SWIFT messaging configuration and reporting.
• Setup and maintain client agreements focused on Global Collateral and Regulatory Operations.

Requirements

• Experience in data operations, data stewardship, or financial back-office roles.
• Knowledge of the trade life cycle and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.
• Ability to ensure strict data quality and governance standards.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Manila.
