What you will do

• Establish hirify.global’s APAC presence as the first regional marketing hire, using events as the primary growth driver.
• Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of a high-impact event portfolio across the APAC region.
• Localize global marketing strategies to resonate with enterprise audiences in APAC.
• Partner with Sales to identify key accounts and target segments to accelerate deal cycles.
• Manage the full event lifecycle, including vendor management and stakeholder coordination.
• Act as the regional connector between APAC and global Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience with deep expertise in B2B events and field marketing within APAC.
• Proven track record of using events to drive enterprise pipeline and revenue.
• Experience as a regional or founding marketer with the ability to build strategy and structure from scratch.
• Deep understanding of APAC markets and regional cultural nuances, using Singapore as a hub.
• Must be based in Singapore and willing to travel across the APAC region.
• Strong operational excellence and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to enterprise buyers in AI, SaaS, or emerging technology categories.
• Background in both owned events and third-party conference strategy.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup or scaling environment.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and executive engagement strategies.
