What you will do

• Lead a global Sales Engineering team focused on Search & Lake product lines and ensuring the success of new product launches.
• Own full people leadership responsibilities, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career coaching.
• Mentor SEs in both technical and non-technical pre-sales techniques to secure new clients and drive account expansion.
• Reinforce sales methodologies and ensure the consistent and proper use of the CRM system.
• Partner with Sales Reps and leadership to identify customer problem areas and present effective technical solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and execute Proof of Value events.

Requirements

• Must be based in the continental United States.
• Proven history of leading technical pre-sales teams and consistently meeting quota requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level customers and the leadership team.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Background in Cloud, Security, or AI/ML preferred.
