Product Designer (Logistics)

What you will do

• Lead design projects across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization to delivery, iteration, and impact testing.
• Set the user experience vision for merchants and their customers.
• Design high-impact features and improvements while considering customer insights, technical constraints, business needs, and market demands.
• Collaborate with engineers, data specialists, and product managers on product decisions and delivery.
• Establish customer-centric design practices and maintain ownership from early sketches through high-fidelity prototypes.
• Contribute to hirify.global’s brand and write effective in-app content.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of end-to-end UI/UX design experience at a product-driven technology company.
• Experience conducting user interviews and discovery research to identify jobs to be done, pain points, opportunities, and priorities.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Framer, or Origami.
• Experience creating or maintaining design systems in collaboration with engineers.
• Fluent French and English, with the ability to write effective in-app content.
• A portfolio demonstrating the design process and strong craft skills.
