What you will do

• Categorize, summarize, and manage contracts within the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.
• Assist attorneys and contract managers with reviewing and negotiating customer, vendor, and partner agreements.
• Optimize project boards, dashboards, and automations in tools like Lexion and Monday.com.
• Identify operational inefficiencies in legal processes and implement scalable solutions.
• Research and test AI functionality in various tools to determine feasibility for legal ops.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the legal team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably entering senior year.
• Must reside within 30 miles of the Hoboken, NJ headquarters and be able to work onsite 2 days per week.
• Technical aptitude and a strong interest in optimizing digital systems and workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in utilizing internal AI tools to complete professional tasks.

Nice to have

• Prior internship or work experience within a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Lexion or Monday.com.
