Location: Hybrid (4 days in office in Fitzrovia, London, 1 day remote)

What you will do

• Design and implement services for revenue workflows, payment logic, and invoicing pipelines.
• Build robust APIs and full-stack features using type-safe ORM tooling for schema management.
• Own integrations with internal systems like Salesforce and NetSuite, and external providers such as banks and payment processors.
• Implement complex financial logic, including contingent payments, commission calculations, and milestone-based billing.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities using Claude (Anthropic) and utilize Cursor to accelerate delivery.
• Build and deploy scalable infrastructure within AWS.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend/full-stack development.
• Production experience with TypeScript-native ORMs (Drizzle or Prisma strongly preferred).
• Deep expertise with Node.js, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, and IAM.
• Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, SQS) and microservice patterns.
• Must be based in London to support the hybrid work model (4 days in office).

Nice to have

• Experience with financial systems, trust accounting, or revenue recognition.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, or Concur.
• Knowledge of serverless architecture and FaaS patterns.
• Experience integrating LLM capabilities or shipping AI-powered features.
