TL;DR

Location: London – Hybrid
Salary: £43,000 - £53,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience

What you will do
- Design and develop resilient, secure, and scalable platform services using AWS (Lambda, EC2, API Gateway, CloudFormation, RDS).
- Build accessible UI components for applications and inner-source libraries using React.
- Manage and implement automated CI/CD pipelines with automated test suites (CodePipeline, CodeBuild).
- Implement platform-wide observability through monitoring, alerting, and logging (CloudWatch, Grafana).
- Contribute to agile best practices in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing and supporting production applications using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience designing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with modern development tools including CI/CD pipelines, pair programming, and automated testing.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, seeking feedback, and continuous learning.
- Champion of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
Nice to have
- Experience designing secure, scalable RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of various database technologies.
- Experience with content management systems or publishing platforms.
- User-focused mindset for building tools for creative professionals.
