Salary: $100,000 - $122,500

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of advisors serving clients with less than $250K in assets.
  • Drive client acquisition, conversion, and asset growth through high-volume engagement and consistent execution.
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve higher performance levels and operational excellence.
  • Review and approve best interest fiduciary advice in a supervisory capacity.
  • Ensure customer success by resolving escalated issues and meeting service-level metrics.
  • Handle managerial duties including staffing, performance management, and professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of industry experience in asset growth and leadership.
  • FINRA Series 24 (or 9/10), Series 7, and Series 66 (or 7, 63, and 65) licenses.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship provided).
  • In-depth understanding of retail investment vehicles and qualified retirement plans.
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
