TL;DR
Marketing Designer (Web3): Creating high-quality visual marketing assets and storytelling content to elevate the brand across social media and product channels with an accent on crypto culture and AI-assisted design workflows. Location: Must be based in the EMEA region.
Salary: €60,000 – €80,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Produce visually compelling marketing assets including carousels, promos, and motion graphics for platforms like X, LinkedIn, and Discord.
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all digital channels while contributing to campaign concepts.
- Leverage tools like Figma and AI software (Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to optimize creative output and speed.
- Collaborate with marketing, community, and product teams in an async, remote-first environment.
- Iterate on visual storytelling and contribute to the long-term evolution of the brand identity in the Web3 space.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the EMEA region.
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic or marketing design.
- Proven background in the crypto/Web3 industry.
- Strong fundamentals in visual design (composition, color, typography, hierarchy).
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems.
- Advanced ability to integrate AI tools into creative workflows and design processes.
Nice to have
- Experience with motion design or animation tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for async collaboration.
