What you will do

• Own the static creative stream from initial concept to launch.
• Produce 12+ creative packs per week across Meta formats including feeds, stories, and reels.
• Generate and test 20–30 creative hypotheses monthly focused on storylines, hooks, and visual angles.
• Analyze CTR, CPA, and cpROMI metrics to iterate and optimize creative performance.
• Leverage AI tools like Midjourney and Firefly to accelerate production and explore new styles.
• Build and maintain a library of winning creative patterns and adapt them for new markets and formats.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic, Marketing, or Performance Designer.
• Portfolio demonstrating a track record of driving measurable results.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Hands-on experience with AI image generation and prompting.
• Proven experience producing static ads for Meta (Facebook / Instagram).
• English: Intermediate+ and Russian: Advanced.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion design and After Effects.
