• Design and develop a range of learning experiences, including eLearning and blended learning solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across various fields to translate knowledge into effective learning experiences.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to manage expectations, create project plans, and provide regular status updates.
• Design and implement on-demand learning using the Intellums Evolve authoring tool.
• Architect and implement online learning systems that support and develop company talent.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Instructional Design.
• Proven experience developing courses using the Evolve authoring tool.
• Strong content writing and development skills.
• Expertise in content analysis and storyboarding.
• Strong English language skills.
