What you will do

  • Own activation and platform success by translating customer use cases into workflows with measurable business impact.
  • Design and execute activation strategies, including champion programs, office hours, and usage dashboards.
  • Build and manage advocate networks and power user communities to drive peer-to-peer learning.
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions and workshops tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine materials and identify new training opportunities based on adoption data.
  • Manage relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Requirements

  • At least 9 years of experience owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes.
  • Proven ability to map customer workflows to business objectives and articulate ROI.
  • Experience building advocate networks and power user communities.
  • Technical proficiency to scope, design, and deliver custom AI solutions and demos.
  • Expertise in delivering virtual and live instructor-led workshops.
  • Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement.
