What you will do

• Own activation and platform success by translating customer use cases into workflows with measurable impact.
• Build and manage advocate networks and champion communities within customer organizations.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions and educational workshops tailored to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine materials based on adoption data and customer feedback.
• Manage deep relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes.
• Proven ability to build advocate networks and power user communities.
• Technical proficiency to scope and deliver custom AI solutions and demos.
• Expertise in delivering virtual and live instructor-led workshops.
• Must be based in London (Hybrid role).
