What you will do

• Support clients in maximizing value from Redline products and resolve production issues promptly.
• Manage production environments, including software upgrades, routine changes, and proactive monitoring.
• Perform application performance tuning and assess the impact of exchange-driven initiatives.
• Collaborate with development, server, and network teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer requests.
• Implement automation and scripting to improve monitoring, inventory, and runbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or MIS.
• Experience with financial services front-office systems, market data tickerplants, and global exchange technology.
• Strong proficiency in Linux and Linux performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of Intel-based computer architecture and IT systems networking.
• Programming and scripting skills (Python, C/C++, or Java is a plus).
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in New York City.
