What you will do

  • Lead monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting processes, including variance analysis and scenario planning.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to C-level and senior executives across Finance, Sales, Product, and GTM.
  • Design and implement scalable improvements to forecasting, reporting tools, and analytics frameworks.
  • Develop and mentor junior team members to build a culture of ownership and excellence.
  • Translate complex and incomplete data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership.
  • Align revenue strategies across cross-functional teams to ensure execution against business priorities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
  • 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level analysis.
  • Proven track record of influencing executives and driving company-wide initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills tailored for a C-suite audience.
  • Must be based in the United States for the stated compensation range.
