What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for key Dubai clients, ensuring strategic direction and alignment between expectations and delivery.
• Own and refine the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless handover from sales to delivery.
• Oversee delivery quality across pods, ensuring all work meets agreed SLAs, timelines, and quality standards.
• Manage cross-functional sprint cycles, prioritizing tasks to align internal teams with client goals.
• Analyze account performance to provide strategic recommendations and identify commercial growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to standardize best practices and improve operational processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a client-facing role within a digital agency environment.
• Strong understanding of paid media, performance marketing, and client delivery models.
• Experience managing high-value clients in the Dubai/MENA region is mandatory.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and hold teams accountable to deadlines and quality standards.
• Commercial awareness to spot and support account expansion opportunities.
