What you will do

• Build, manage, and scale a global team of Engagement Managers across regions.
• Define and own the global engagement strategy across all markets.
• Standardize demonstration frameworks, deployment processes, and customer engagement playbooks.
• Translate field learnings into actionable inputs for Product and Engineering.
• Act as the central interface between Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Product.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Sales Engineering, Program Management, Field Operations, or similar roles in UAV, defense, robotics, or complex systems environments.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in technical, customer-facing contexts.
• Strong experience with technical sales cycles, deployments, and OEM/partner integrations.
• Strong system-level understanding of integrated hardware + software products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of leading diverse principals.
• High willingness to travel (significant field presence required).

Nice to have

• UAV pilot license strongly preferred
