What you will do
- Develop GTM strategies and launch plans, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and messaging frameworks.
- Drive complex growth initiatives by developing business cases and analyzing customer data to identify priorities.
- Collaborate with growth marketing, product, brand, and creative strategy teams to deliver on company goals and KPIs.
- Influence product strategy and roadmap development in partnership with product and research teams.
- Build strategies for acquisition, engagement, retention, and cross-sell across the product portfolio.
- Act as a thought leader within the PMM organization, mentoring junior managers and shaping best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product marketing experience in consumer technology.
- 4+ years of PMM experience at a large B2C tech company.
- Deep expertise in segmentation, positioning, messaging, and lifecycle strategy.
- Must be based in Oakland, California.

- Experience in Fintech and B2C subscriptions.
- Proven success influencing cross-functional partners without direct authority.
- Strong analytical skills to frame problems, size opportunities, and extract insights from data.
