TL;DR

Location: On-site in Wheaton, Illinois

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 base range plus annual bonus of up to 10%

What you will do

  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable using Yardi.
  • Support tenant invoicing and rent collection processes.
  • Conduct regular property visits and inspections to ensure cleanliness and life safety compliance.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and inspectors for property maintenance.
  • Communicate professionally with tenants to resolve requests and maintain strong relationships.
  • Manage office administrative tasks, financial record keeping, and bank deposits.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Wheaton, Illinois
  • 0–1 years of experience in property management, real estate, or customer service.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with Yardi.
