What you will do
- Lead the administration and build of internal logic, triggers, and automated workflows within CLM and Telephony tools.
- Manage the full lifecycle of integrations between 3rd-party tools and the Salesforce hub, from mapping to monitoring.
- Drive the technical evaluation and selection process for new software vendors, including RFPs and POCs.
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Support to identify manual bottlenecks and implement automated solutions.
- Support the technical setup of the Service Cloud environment to ensure synchronization with external communication tools.
- Act as Tier 3 support for application-specific issues, troubleshooting code and APIs to maintain data integrity.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- 8+ years in Business Systems/IT/Ops with 5+ years specifically in application analysis and workflow automation.
- Proven expertise in building complex, multi-step automations natively within SaaS platforms.
- Advanced skills in mapping data schemas and managing real-time synchronization between systems.
- Hands-on experience using middleware tools to connect a diverse tech stack to a Salesforce hub.
- Ability to architect technical requirements from conceptual business pain points.
