What you will do

• Lead the administration and build of internal logic, triggers, and automated workflows within CLM and Telephony tools.
• Manage the full lifecycle of integrations between 3rd-party tools and the Salesforce hub, from mapping to monitoring.
• Drive the technical evaluation and selection process for new software vendors, including RFPs and POCs.
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Support to identify manual bottlenecks and implement automated solutions.
• Support the technical setup of the Service Cloud environment to ensure synchronization with external communication tools.
• Act as Tier 3 support for application-specific issues, troubleshooting code and APIs to maintain data integrity.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 8+ years in Business Systems/IT/Ops with 5+ years specifically in application analysis and workflow automation.
• Proven expertise in building complex, multi-step automations natively within SaaS platforms.
• Advanced skills in mapping data schemas and managing real-time synchronization between systems.
• Hands-on experience using middleware tools to connect a diverse tech stack to a Salesforce hub.
• Ability to architect technical requirements from conceptual business pain points.
