Senior System Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote (Spain). Relocation support available to Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Portugal, and Spain.

What you will do

• Translate complex business and product needs into clear, implementation-ready system requirements.
• Formalize end-to-end money movement flows, including wallet operations and payment gateway interactions.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and finance teams to define scope and delivery phases.
• Contribute to platform architecture and service interaction design for CoreBank components.
• Structure and prioritize the team backlog in coordination with the product lead.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including sequence diagrams and API contracts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level (B2) required.
• Experience with distributed systems and service-based architectures.
• Strong knowledge of API design (REST, SOAP, gRPC).
• Experience with asynchronous messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Google Pub/Sub).
• Proficiency in UML, BPMN, and data modeling.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, wallets, or ledger/accounting domains.
• Experience with financial reconciliation and money movement systems.
• Product mindset and ambition to grow into a Product Manager role.
