What you will do

• Manage and optimize the technology stack, including Salesforce, telephony tools, and marketing automation.
• Develop advanced Salesforce functionality leveraging Apex, Flows, and LWC.
• Implement AI integrations utilizing Salesforce Einstein, Data Cloud, and RAG models.
• Partner with engineering to configure stable integrations between proprietary systems and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Review and analyze operational processes to identify efficiency improvements and resolve pain hirify.globals.
• Build and automate reporting for account management and operational leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flow).
• Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Flows, and writing SOQL queries.
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript/Ajax, and XML.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer I (PDII or Architect preferred).
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Einstein Analytics.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with AWS and REST/SOAP APIs.
