TL;DR

Senior Enterprise Sales Solution Architect (SaaS/LegalTech): Designing and delivering technical solutions, product demos, and proof-of-concepts for large law firms using an adaptive work management platform with an accent on process automation and enterprise scalability. Focus on translating complex client business needs into practical technical architectures and leading discovery sessions to close high-value deals.

Location: Hybrid in New York City (office attendance minimum twice per week)

Salary: $158,100 – $213,900 USD

What you will do

  • Deliver tailored product demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that solve specific enterprise client challenges.
  • Analyze complex business processes to identify and implement automation opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Translate client requirements into scalable technical solutions using the hirify.global Operate platform capabilities.
  • Partner with sales teams to develop solution strategies that resonate with stakeholders and close high-value deals.
  • Act as a technical lead during discovery sessions, workshops, evaluations, and proposal presentations.
  • Support the transition from sales to implementation by providing clear documentation and project context.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis within complex enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering high-impact POCs and demos for real-world enterprise use cases.
  • Deep understanding of process automation, integration patterns, and business workflow design.
  • Must be based in the New York City area to comply with the hybrid work requirement.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% across the U.S. for in-person meetings and presentations.
  • Outstanding communication skills to distill complex technical concepts for executive decision-makers.

  • Experience in legal-tech, case/matter management, or adjacent B2B industries.
  • Leadership potential with a desire to shape and grow a pre-sales function.
