What you will do
- Communicate with clients professionally and empathetically via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently to ensure high service standards.
- Maintain a calm and patient demeanor even when handling frustrated clients.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Handle diverse financial and technical account queries with accuracy.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish language proficiency required
- Ability to maintain a professional, empathetic, and patient tone
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels
- Experience in high-volume customer service environments
- Ability to relocate to Uruguay if not currently based there
