What you will do

  • Communicate with clients professionally and empathetically via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently to ensure high service standards.
  • Maintain a calm and patient demeanor even when handling frustrated clients.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Handle diverse financial and technical account queries with accuracy.

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish language proficiency required
  • Ability to maintain a professional, empathetic, and patient tone
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels
  • Experience in high-volume customer service environments
  • Ability to relocate to Uruguay if not currently based there
