What you will do

• Qualify customer requirements and prepare customers for core product implementation.
• Deliver high-standard customer training on hirify.global products via a digital communication platform.
• Communicate hirify.global's support procedures to customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
• Take ownership of customer's problems and seek to identify, respond, and resolve any customer issues.
• Drive customer projects forward, taking ownership of each project meeting its objectives.

Requirements

• Language Skills: English and German
• Proven customer service experience with a passion for providing a premium customer experience.
• Tech-savvy with a sound knowledge of all things technology.
• Experience working towards targets and goal-oriented.
• Customer-focused, always thinking about the customer experience.
• Experience in the hotel industry in admin roles, hotel digital marketing, or in a SaaS company is a plus!
