What you will do

  • Own the product marketing strategy for a dedicated B2C product, including segmentation, positioning, and GTM.
  • Lead cross-functional squads comprising UA, CRM, creative, analytics, and product teams to drive growth initiatives.
  • Improve full-funnel performance across acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization to maximize LTV.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to translate insights into actionable growth hypotheses and experiments.
  • Track and measure impact through key KPIs and business metrics, focusing on Revenue and EI.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Senior Product Marketing, Growth, or Marketing Lead roles for B2C digital products.
  • Proven track record of moving core business metrics including revenue, conversion, retention, and LTV.
  • Deep expertise in segmentation, positioning, and messaging frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing (Google, Meta, TikTok) and funnel optimization (A/B testing, CRO).
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills within a cross-functional or matrix environment.
