Principal Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Take full ownership of the DSPM (Data Security Posture Management) product line from ideation to market adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering on data stores, cloud architectures, APIs, classification engines, and policy models.
• Partner with UX/UI teams to transform intricate security workflows into intuitive, modern interfaces and dashboards.
• Distill complex feedback from CISOs, security architects, and sales engineers into actionable problem statements and roadmaps.
• Manage the product backlog, including PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning.
• Coordinate with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success for deal support and issue escalations.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of Product Management experience in B2B/enterprise software.
• 4-5 years of experience specifically in security, data, or cloud infrastructure products.
• Proven track record of owning a major product area and aligning delivery with go-to-market strategies.
• Deep expertise in at least one domain: Data Security/DLP, DSPM, SSPM, or Cloud Security Platforms (CSPM/CNAPP).
• Must have the right to work in the location applied to (Ireland).
• Ability to work asynchronously with remote leadership based in California.

Nice to have

• Experience in Application/API Security, including data protection, secrets management, or access control.
