What you will do

• Define and prioritize the product backlog for the PartnerOps platform based on strategic business goals.
• Manage the end-to-end feedback loop from discovery and definition to release and iteration.
• Collaborate daily with Engineering teams to ensure high-value increments are delivered with clarity and quality.
• Analyze cloud billing systems, marketplace programs, and margin models to shape platform capabilities.
• Validate ideas and refine workflows through frequent direct communication with cloud partners and internal stakeholders.
• Define and monitor key success metrics related to billing accuracy, adoption, and operational scalability.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the East US, Canada, the UK, or Ireland
• 7–10 years of experience in the cloud ecosystem, specifically in cloud operations, FinOps, or partner operations.
• Strong expertise with cloud billing systems, cost/usage data, or revenue operations.
• Deep understanding of cloud partner business models (resellers, MSPs, SIs, marketplaces).
• Technical fluency in cloud fundamentals and APIs across AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Azure.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex operational needs into clear technical requirements.

Nice to have

• Coding experience to effectively collaborate on technical trade-offs and feasibility.
• Demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate product specifications and development.
