What you will do

• Design and operate production AI agents focusing on quality, observability, and reliability.
• Develop large-scale model execution frameworks supporting batch, API, and real-time use cases.
• Collaborate with data scientists to codify reusable data operations to accelerate R&D productivity.
• Build cloud-native systems for continuous model training and deployment across AWS and Azure.
• Communicate technical progress and outcomes to cross-functional business collaborators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in complex production environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
• Proven ability to design, develop, test, and operate scalable, distributed systems.
• Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, Canada (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure).
• Experience with low-latency or memory-intensive applications.
• Proficiency with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
