What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of 30–40 enterprise customers to maximize deployment utility and grow ARR.
• Lead business reviews with executive leadership to assess health and drive desired outcomes.
• Demonstrate cyber threat defense solutions to CISOs and security experts.
• Negotiate upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning products with evolving customer needs.
• Execute account health action plans and resolve customer escalations through cross-functional collaboration.
• Mentor developing team members on best practices and account management strategies.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in the office 3 days per week in Los Angeles, Phoenix, San Francisco, or Dallas.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
• Proven ability to communicate and present effectively to senior business professionals.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts and enterprise networking technology.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
