Financial Analyst: Contributing to the analysis and management of financial data, supporting the team’s Senior Financial Analysts with an accent on accounting activities as well as in the production of reports and analyses that support the company’s decision‑making. Focus on designing, optimizing, and automating data analysis processes, leveraging large datasets and visualization tools.

What you will do

• Produce and analyze monthly closing reports by working with large volumes of data (revenue, headcount, inventory, etc.).
• Design clear and relevant dashboards to support strategic decision‑making.
• Manage, clean, and maintain financial and operational databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Support the budgeting process by ensuring the quality of inputs and entries in accounting tools.
• Work closely with Senior Financial Analysts and internal teams on cross‑functional projects.
• Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of data analysis processes.

Requirements

• University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in financial analysis, operational finance, or data management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and VBA.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Attention to detail, rigor, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interest in data management tools (SQL, Access, ERP), with experience in Dynamics 365 F&O considered an asset.
