What you will do

• Lead and oversee delivery of omnichannel campaign operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as an interface between agencies and brand leadership teams, aligning on business objectives.
• Ensure agencies adhere to defined processes, operational workflows, and timely completion of activities.
• Take accountability for overall program oversight, KPIs reporting, and proactively identifying potential hurdles.
• Provide insights and strategies for enhancing campaign operations process and agility.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations to explain forecast trends and opportunities for optimization.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience as a Delivery Manager/Program Manager/Senior Project Manager, preferably in the pharma or healthcare industry.
• Hands-on experience in managing large global digital programs interfacing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing digital omnichannel engagement projects in pharma.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with Project Management tools, MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to adapt to onshore and offshore models and working teams within client and agency partners.

Nice to have

• Experience managing Veeva based projects.
• Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and omnichannel engagement strategies.
• Vendor management experience.
