What you will do

• Own operational governance of account planning across customers.
• Coordinate renewals, contractual triggers, and notice periods.
• Partner with Sales, Pricing, Finance, and Planning teams.
• Produce reporting to support proactive commercial decisions.
• Identify process improvements and drive operational consistency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or commercial governance.
• Understanding of enterprise B2B customer lifecycle and renewals.
• Experience managing multiple timelines and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills using Excel, PowerPoint, or BI tools.
• Familiarity with SaaS or cloud-based commercial models.
