What you will do

• Own the systems that power hirify.global's growth, including outbound processes and user onboarding.
• Build infrastructure to automate manual, fragmented, or slow processes.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify and fix system issues.
• Develop repeatable playbooks, automations, and internal tools to improve team efficiency.
• Continuously improve existing systems.

Requirements

• Experience building systems, automations, or workflows that supported GTM teams.
• Comfort working across tools, APIs, and data.
• Strong problem-solving instincts.
• Curiosity for AI and modern GTM workflows.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, New York City
