Customer Success Manager (Arabic): Responsible for managing high-value customers and building strong relationships with them with an accent on onboarding, project management, and identifying business goal opportunities. Focus on providing world-class guidance and solutions for new client integrations and post-launch expansion initiatives.

Location: Hybrid working options from both home and the office in the United Kingdom

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary lead for high-value customers, building strong relationships and becoming their trusted advisor.
  • Lead onboarding to help clients start using the hirify.global platform and drive adoption.
  • Project-manage and provide guidance and solutions for new client integrations and expansion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to identify business goal opportunities and develop account strategies.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate churn risk.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (ideally in Customer Success) for enterprise software.
  • Experience with Enterprise customers and/or dynamic and technological accounts.
  • Experience in proactively growing customer relationships while expanding their understanding of the customer’s business.
  • Aptitude and curiosity to learn about technical concepts related to the product.
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree from a University is a must.
  • Fluent Arabic and English speaking.

Nice to have

  • Experience with NoSQL databases or distributed caches.
