What you will do
- Serve as the primary lead for high-value customers, building strong relationships and becoming their trusted advisor.
- Lead onboarding to help clients start using the platform and drive adoption.
- Project-manage and provide guidance and solutions for new client integrations and expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to identify business goal opportunities and develop account strategies.
- Proactively identify and mitigate churn risk.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (ideally in Customer Success) for enterprise software.
- Experience with Enterprise customers and/or dynamic and technological accounts.
- Experience in proactively growing customer relationships while expanding their understanding of the customer’s business.
- Aptitude and curiosity to learn about technical concepts related to the product.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
- A Bachelor's degree from a University is a must.
- Fluent Arabic and English speaking.

- Experience with NoSQL databases or distributed caches.
