What you will do

• Build intelligent automation solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to solve business problems and improve process efficiency.
• Drive AI implementation and adoption, including Microsoft 365 Copilot initiatives and custom AI agents.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their challenges and translate them into implementable solutions.
• Collaborate with solution architects and GRIT Services teams to ensure solutions align with architectural direction and are supportable.
• Share knowledge and foster capabilities across the team.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in IT at bachelor's level or higher.
• Several years of experience with Power Platform combined with experience in AI.
• Strong portfolio of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps and Power Automate).
• Practical experience implementing Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar enterprise AI tools.
• Ability to design end-to-end solutions that span multiple systems.
• Must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO and/or an EU country for the past seven years.
