What you will do

• Design and deliver structured onboarding and capability programmes for pharmacy operations teams.
• Develop engaging learning materials and e-learning content to support operational best practices.
• Conduct skills assessments and identify development needs to drive performance growth.
• Support the rollout of new systems, technology, and SOPs through training and change management.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Managers and QA leads to ensure all training meets compliance and governance standards.
• Monitor training effectiveness via data and feedback to iterate and improve processes.

Requirements

• Experience in training, learning and development, or operational enablement in a regulated or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of process design, SOPs, and performance management.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency in analyzing performance data to drive measurable improvements.
• Confidence using digital tools, e-learning platforms, and G-Suite.
• Passionate about driving growth in dynamic, high-growth healthcare environments.
