What you will do

  • Supervise and mentor a team of trainers, ensuring high standards of training delivery.
  • Oversee the scheduling of training interactions and manage key training projects.
  • Evaluate trainer performance and assess core competencies.
  • Develop and refine training materials including induction, business submission, and soft skills modules.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and provide reporting on training efficacy.
  • Deputise for the training manager to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Requirements

  • Level 4 qualification in Financial Advice (mandatory).
  • Proven management or supervisory experience within financial services or training sectors.
  • Deep understanding of financial services regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs to meet specific timescales.
  • Strong grasp of the advice process, compliance, and soft skills required for financial advisers.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
