What you will do

• Develop and implement controlling frameworks for cost centers and capacity cost management.
• Support monthly and quarterly business reviews, identifying risks and opportunities early.
• Prepare management reporting, financial forecasts, and budget planning materials.
• Build new methodologies for financial steering and performance measurement.
• Drive the continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Four to five years of experience in financial controlling, business controlling, or FP&A.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
• The ability to translate financial insights into clear, accessible language for non-financial stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO and/or an EU country for the past seven years.
