What you will do

• Define and support test frameworks and strategies to ensure product quality and scalability.
• Lead, motivate, and grow a team of testers, fostering professional development and building core competencies.
• Oversee planning, execution, and reporting of system tests to validate end-to-end functionality.
• Create roadmaps for continuous test improvements in collaboration with the QA Programme team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including Program Managers and Architects, to align testing with the overall development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or test management.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in project and people leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a technical/scientific field.
• Proven track record managing product development and testing teams.
• Solid understanding of software development, testing, and release processes.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Eligibility for security clearance: clean criminal record and residency in a NATO/EU country for the last 7 years.
