What you will do

• Oversee medical care and improve clinical outcomes for an empaneled patient population.
• Participate in daily clinical huddles with a multidisciplinary pod of RNs, LCSWs, and RDs.
• Review complex patient cases and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
• Lead the creation and review of evidence-based medical protocols and obstetric algorithms.
• Monitor adverse events and conduct clinical retrospectives to refine care protocols.

Requirements

• Active compact RN license required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
• Significant clinical experience in obstetrics, including high-risk patients.
• Demonstrated experience in infant care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven virtual environment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in telehealth or remote patient monitoring.
• Experience managing high-risk patients in outpatient or home-based settings.
