Salary: $150,000–$220,000

What you will do

• Commit code to hirify.global internal systems and public customer SDKs.
• Provide frontline technical support and resolve inquiries from developers at major partner companies.
• Create high-quality public documentation and provide product demos to potential users.
• Work directly with partners to improve their API and SDK architectures.
• Build internal and external tooling to address novel technical problems.
• Act as the primary customer advocate by partnering with product engineers on roadmap refinement.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and fix technical paper cuts.
• Experience building context in new programming languages and technical paradigms.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to audiences ranging from junior to expert.
• Must be based in the US (New York office or Pacific Time zone).
• Technical expertise in APIs and developer tooling.

Nice to have

• Polyglot programming experience (e.g., working with multiple SDK languages).
• Hands-on experience building or consuming REST, GraphQL, or gRPC APIs.
• Experience maintaining popular open-source projects.
